Tried it and just did some tinkering with the DNS settings, nothing.
I’ve been using a UK-based site to check if it’s down and that does show it as down when others, from elsewhere, show it as up but jumping between Germany and the US makes no difference.
edit: tried via Belgium and Japan and got nothing but Poland has worked. I can’t explain that.

I can see images hosted on the files subdomain but can’t access the site’s front page or watch videos on there. Weird.
