Big big fan of PTM, have mixed feelings regarding the new album. What do the rest of y’all think?
They lost me with Woodstock. I still enjoy their older stuff though
I’d tend to agree. Their old albums I could hear from beginning to end and have an incredibly visceral listening experience each time. Their more modern ones have a few songs that’ll find their way into my playlists but I honestly found What, Me Worry? to be well in line with their old content in terms of content and melody, but that was probably the only one in recent years.
Do you have any favourite albums/songs?
I really enjoy Church Mouth a lot so that’s probably my favorite then satanic satanists. I also actually really enjoy evil friends because I listened to it on dmt and it was quite a fantastic experience. I still think they are extremely talented and their new material is very well done but it’s just not made for me. I don’t have any hard feelings towards them though, they put in the grind they can get paid.
