We may have never met, but we have one thing in common. We may be on different continents, but we’re together in this: We’re not drinking today.

If you want to join us and not drink today you’re welcome!

If you have already drunk today, please come back tomorrow, and good luck!

Feel free to share how your day is going, if you have any struggles, when things are going well, thoughts about things you want to change, etc.

I’m now 3 weeks along my month of no drinking. I’m still deciding whether I’m going to drink again once the month is up, but I’m sticking it out until the month is up.

Three weeks are great, well done! I had tried to quit drinking before and never succeeded, it’s when I started to build a better life for myself that I could finally stay sober longer. 5+ years, and I’m still not where I really want to be. I guess what I’m trying to say is that one month seems very short to make a decision because the changes might not be visible yet, or because it’s not very hard to remain sober for a month without changing anything else. Anyway, congrats on the three weeks and good luck!
