You’re completely forgetting the part where you said all of Wagner would be integrated into the Russian military, in contradiction with official statements.
The organization will be integrated, and there will be no more wagner as an independent PMC. Wagner is not signing contracts, some troops from within Wagner are being given the opportunity to sign contracts. Not all of these will sign.
