I can’t actually remember. I did see the van but wasn’t paying attention, I want to say it was Scottish Water? Anyways, a few months ago city fibre dug up the road near my kids school. They didn’t realize the road was actually a bridge. And old bridge that used to go over a railway and was now an access road for network rail. Anyway, the road was closed for 4 months while they figured out what to do and how to fix it.
I can tell just by looking at it, this is cityfibre’s work 🤣

So guess what. I walked passed it again today and it is indeed cityfibre.
