Sorry would take too long while being bombed and I don’t think that is in the budget of the checks several billion dollars sent to Ukraine by the United States. I also want big breasts.
US is not sending Ukraine pallets of money. When they talk about amounts of money, this is just the amount of money the equipment (which was mostly purchased decades ago) is estimated to cost.
The US bill for this actually uses current book value not new/replacement value.
This is what caused the bookkeeping error some months ago. The oversight organization noted that some equipment was calculated at new value and this was against the law passed for this. Causing several billion in aid to have been inflated. This was corrected freeing up these several billion for additional equipment aid.
Also the US and EU do provide money to pay for government salaries etc to keep the country going.
