How do I download a blob: video?

Note that searching for a .m3u8 file does not show anything.

The video in question is on snapchat web. I don’t have a (smart) phone on me right now, so I can’t download it the official way.

I just searched for the original video on tiktok, where it came from.

I would do this as a last resort though.
