T-72BZ — eliminated.
Work of the operators of the 53rd Brigade ΜΟΝΟΜΑΧΟΣLyman direction
▪️The T-72BZ tank regularly emerged from cover to fire on our positions. It was identified by adjacent forces from the 81st Airmobile Brigade.
▪️Then it was a matter of execution. SIGNUM operators launched a drone, conducted additional reconnaissance, and located the shelter, the tank, and the ammo depot. Signs of activity — fresh tracks, compression marks, water — confirmed the position was active.
▪️The decision came quickly. One shaped charge — and that was it: detonation, fireball, ammo explosions.
Result:
– Tank destroyed;
– Ammo depot as well.
That T-72BZ won’t be rolling out again.Precise. Effective. Daily.
I’ve been thinking the same: Drones are small, cheap, accurate and pack a heavy punch. At the same time, they’re slow, loud and unarmoured, which should make them relatively easy to detect, target and take down with real cheap means. Those means just need to be developed.
