Of course he’s done, in 3 months Musk shuttered every government watchdog that was working on prosecuting his crimes. There’s no risk anymore, so he can stop officially spending time and money on politics.
We are now at the final stages of Rudy Giuliani for Musk. They used musk for his power to walk in to any space and are now discarding him.
In the shower this morning, I realized that they did DOGE to not only take over large swathes of the government, but to also distract from how much they’re spending on deportations. Hey journalists, how much are they spending on:
- detention centers, private or otherwise
- ICE (the difference between last year and this year)
- border patrols (the difference between last year and this year)
- flights, private or otherwise
- state funding to help ICE or police departments
- El Salvador to take our kidnapped people that never leave their prisons
- Guantanamo
- etc.

This but all the time from everyone. Every large business, every government, every wealthy person uses this tactic. Any time you see something obviously strange or wrong, you should be asking what they’re covering.
That said a lot of shit is happening with the mask off entirely now that algorithms are targetting gullible people and they just lap it up.
All of this isn’t exclusive to rightoids, it goes for lefties too: how many of you reading this get roped into the latest fight over who can use which bathroom or racial representation at elite universities, while not lifting a finger to support the homeless, striking workers, or underperforming schools?
They are taking over and dismantling large parts of the government through Doge and hiding how much they’re spending on kidnapping and deporting people, sometimes US citizens, in amazing time. He has some super evil and smart people working for him. It’s only been 4 months and he’s being doing king like things this whole time. Our law has failed us, we’re in trouble guys.
Musk isn’t being discarded. He is among those pulling the strings. He and his fellow oligarchs achieved their goal of dismantling federal government.
He just made a commitment (threat?) to take away a huge amount of money from republicans. He is not going quietly in the night.
