Yeah, I’m also almost 30, and I’m 270 lbs at 6’1”. When I was in college, I ran long distance recreationally (a few half marathons and one marathon), and I was closer to 170-180, which seems like a healthy weight for my body. The pandemic and switching to a desk job really took a toll on my health, and I’m just now starting to get back into good exercise habits.
Yoga has been really great, especially because my older and larger body does not have the same willingness to spring into action without consequences lol
Definitely thinking about yoga once I’ve built up more stamina, more flexibility is also a goal (my only exposure to yoga was the wii fit lol)
