Buy a cat bed if you want a foot rest. You know they won’t use the thing made for them.

“I fits, I sits. Put your stinky, stupid human feet somewhere else. Like outside. And stay outside. Except to feed me and clean my litter box. Then go back outside.”

That’s a common mistake. For the future: the main difference between a foot rest and a cat bed ist that the foot rest is not inside your house while everything inside is actually a cat bed.

I bought a 150$ cat tree for my girl, complete with lots of places to lay. She’s never even used it

In the cat’s defense, it does look like a raised cat bed… It’s also exactly the type of thing my cats would go for (I had to buy a raised cat bed for one of them so I could get my desk chair back).

It really does look like the perfect height to have a cat next to your desk, just high enough to reach down and pet them

    That’s not a bed, that’s a throne!

      My thoughts:

It’s quite obviously a roost, not a bed.

You got fleeced, obviously. At least it wasn’t as expensive as the cat bed, I bought for a “studio mixing console”. Well, the cat likes it and it has elecric heating…
