At this point I don’t think most of his comics have one. But this one is one I can relate to, a significant other who’s lacking the plan and carefulness and also tense up easily.
joke: she rushed him to go quickly, as if she was already ready, but in doing so she forgot the most important item for airplane travel, her passport.
This is both my sister and mom. They will hard rush you every step of the way, and then it is always them that forgot something.
My wife too. I don’t need to be at the airport 3 hours early, I’d rather double check and make sure I have all my shit, but every trip she’s freaking out that we’re not going to make it and then I’m stuck sitting in an airport for 2 hours.
Don’t worry they’re like 5 hours early they can just go back.
I did this in the middle of a 5 hour drive to get on a boat to the Bahamas. Didn’t realize I needed my birth certificate (don’t have a passport). That was as close as that gf had ever been to chewing me out.
Got my neighbor to go in and get it, send me a pic. Spent an hour on the phone getting someone at the port to print it for me. Made it on the boat!
