minus-squareEarthlingHazard@lemm.eelinkfedilinkarrow-up2·11 months agoRight that was for users who were side loading on the regular retail mode instead of the developer mode: https://www.videogameschronicle.com/news/xbox-has-reportedly-started-suspending-players-who-run-emulators-in-retail-mode/
minus-squaremiss_brainfart@lemmy.mllinkfedilinkarrow-up4·11 months agoGraphics cards most of all have become insultingly expensive, yes. Do consoles still need an active subscription to play online? That’s where they make their money, the hardware has always been sold at a loss.

minus-squaremiss_brainfart@lemmy.mllinkfedilinkarrow-up2·11 months agoI don’t care who wins anything, both have their pros and cons. I prefer PC because I can tailor everything to be exactly like I want it to be. And you know what, rising gpu prices have taught me to be more sustainable and consume less. That being said, the 6700XT has been looking mighty fine for a while now
