Roger Wade, former CEO of Boxfresh, was banned from attending Brighton & Hove Albion matches after wearing a Palestine #football top.
Wade, who’s held a season ticket for nearly a decade, explained that he was escorted out of the stadium without explanation. The club later issued a ban letter.

If only we didn’t have a culture where we canceled people for their opinions. When you have that the people in power can always use the same levers to control thought. Canceling people for wrong think is part of the control net. When there is a control net 90% of us can agree that what Israel is doing is genocide and none of us can do anything.
As someone who lived in Brighton for 5 years, it’s supposed to be one of the left leaning cities in the entire country.
If any city/location shouldn’t do this it’s Brighton or Bristol, so this one really surprised me.
Problem is the club is a private business worried about political pushback
