The way I’m used to it is: 1. Wake up 2. Breakfast 3. Brush teeth. Having it as 1, 3, 2 doesn’t make sense for me.

His conclusion was: preferably brush after breakfast, yes it’s ideal to wait For 30-60 mins but that rarely happens so just do it when you can after it’s not that big a deal I’m summarizing, of course. But that was the gist of it
