dunno why the bot wasn’t marked as a bot account before, but it should be fixed now! also added a cute icon for it. trying out an automated post scheduler instead of having to remember to make the post myself. i think updating this post weekly on Wednesdays seems like a good plan
Ah, it’s likely because the fact that the bot is now mod hasn’t federated over to that instance. Unsure why it isn’t, but when someone who isn’t tagged as mod of a community (such as an instance admin) pins a post and it tries to federate, it breaks the federation. I assumed that bug was fixed, but I guess not. I will make a bug report about it on github.

Thank you for this!
Fyi, the post is not visible from this instance: https://discuss.tchncs.de/u/Bookworm@literature.cafe
That’s super weird. Maybe the community isn’t federated over there? Copy the link to this community over to that instances search bar
That’s the strange thing, the community is federated, but not the bot post: https://discuss.tchncs.de/c/chat@literature.cafe

If you can, interact with one of the posts over there as well. Like, upvoting etc
