I’ll second this. The Pinecil is probably the best bang for your buck that you’re gonna get. Just be sure to grab some of the larger tips, especially the conical tips like the bc2 and c4

There’s a copper spacer under the mcpcb, a 3d printed spacer to keep the optic from resting on the aux LEDs, and the one out front is a 3d printed ring to keep the optic centered

I don’t use it enough to really know, but the Lume1 driver is extremely efficient

It might not be the brightest thing but AA lights are great to keep in your car for emergencies because of the long standby times and their resistance to extreme temps

I have 519a 3000k dedomed in my E12R

I’m not sure where you got the amp ratings but the Lume1 driver in the E12R is regulated to 6A and has FET for turbo. The E12C has a FET+12 driver with a max regulated level of 4.2A but it is much less efficient compared to the buck driver.

Another advantage for the E12R is the optic. It’s a much better optic with a nice round throwy hotspot.

I actually own both of these lights and am currently trying to sell my E12C lol
