4·22 days agoYou can buy an immersive metal strainer for not too expensive and some loose leaf tea, on top of having less microplastics, it’s significantly higher quality (tea in bags is dust left over after the processing of loose leaf tea).
Also, and this is genuine confusion so sorry, what do you mean by it’s sexist to use the term normally? Is the name of a strainer or cheesecloth or something sexist? Genuine confusion, sorry, I don’t understand that part of the text.

I’ve been feeling quite stressed lately, however, when I look back upon my life and mental health journey, I see that I am much better than I was years ago, and that gives me the confidence to keep going.
