So they basically closed the consumer protections bureau, but are now trying to extort companies for this?

The only way they could pick someone as VP that is more reviled by nearly everyone would be to pick Kyrsten Sinema. Who started in the Green Party, by the way. Being affiliated with that party should probably be considered a red flag at this point.

Maybe Kirsten Gillibrand is nearly as toxic, for those that remember her when it comes to Al Franken.
