The adults who are affected by this law are inmates in correctional institutions and Medicaid recipients.
No prison provides elective surgery for inmates, and Medicaid also doesn’t pay for elective surgeries.
I’m completely fine with this common sense law.
There are exactly zero federal prisoners incarcerated for marijuana possession.
