As long as the apps all work. So much stuff is browser based now, but something will always turns up that doesn’t work. Something like mandatory timesheet software, a bespoke tool etc.

The train guards are the ones who check the tickets, do the announcements etc. the drivers went on strike a few years ago (and maybe partially now too?) to stop them being fired. They can’t run trains without them.
That kind of jigsaw can be much more interesting than normal ones, you discover the image (with clues).
Wasgij do something similar, where the box art shows the reaction to the actual jigsaw image.
