11·3 months agoDude, I’m wondering if you’re aware of what this community is called, and what it’s about. It has nothing to do with supporting Amazon or Walmart. What are you going on about?
I think you just wanna be a jerk in all of your online interactions. Your mod history…um, it’s pretty telling.
We’re done. Have great day, mate.

11·3 months agoI’m not saying you should be blocked, I’m saying you don’t have to be a jerk. The OP was getting something off their chest and ranting. That’s what the comm is for.
But to come at them in the comments, sorta breaks the spirit of the community and makes less people wanna post here.
Your comment would be better handled if you started a post and just said that you’re upset that so many people use amazon. That way you are not attacking the OP directly.

11·3 months agoReported you. This post is for people to get stuff of of their chest. Not for you to get mad about the fact that not everyone shares your political/economical beliefs. Y
Most people use Amazon. Accept it.
I love Amazon. And Temu :)

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Why is the herd mentality so common on Lemmy?
21·4 months agoYep, and what sucks, is that even tho you blocked them, they can still see all of your posts, and respond to them with the same attacks, but you won’t see it. Everyone else will. Lemmy is getting more and more toxic.

31·4 months agoGreat points. I’ve seen people on here say that reddit is too conservative for them. Ok, if they think reddit is conservative, yeah, they are freaking extreme. So I think you make really good points!

158·4 months agoI don’t have an answer for you, OP. I will say that Lemmy is the angriest social media platform I have ever been on. I have never seen so many angry people who will actually stalk people (across mulitple posts) they disagree with, as I have seen on Lemmy. I’ve seen people here advocate for murder and torture of people and/or politicians they don’t agree with. It’s crazy!

Fair enough. I thought him calling the post dumb was a step beyond, but I appreciate you looking into it and coming up with a decision. Thank you!
