A lot of youtubers I watch in tech spaces had their mastodon listed for social media, and after looking into it I found the concept of the fediverse neat, so I decided to try out a couple of platforms, and see if it’s any better than the cesspit that is mainstream social networks

I had a funny thing with the package tracking where I could see my package being accidentally sent to the wrong city, and having to be sent back to the original warehouse so it could make it to me :3

Anywho, having worked in delivery im pretty familiar with how this kind of stuff happens where a package seemingly stops at one spot for a while, so I try not to get mad at the workers

A lot of them are debian/ubuntu based ones. Mint, zorin; pop!_os used to be in the list as well, but less so now, since COSMIC is kinda under baked (even if I myself am a big fan)… then for people who know what a computer is I also usually throw in some non-debian distros like fedora/nobara, and for people I actively trust to be capable of using a computer (which is mostly my friends who work in IT/computing or related fields) and who run bleeding edge hardware they also sometimes had ones like cachy or endevour thrown in… the bleeding edge hardware feels less relevant now tho, with no one being able to afford a computer :p

Anywho, mint is fine, there’s no reason to not stick to it

Mint has been my go-to, except for a couple of people who ended up with pop!_os… mostly cause I showed them some options and that’s the one they thought looked cool lol

The point of traveling is the experience not the souvenirs. The souvenirs are there for evoking the memory, or to bring back to friends.

If you just want the country knick knacks then yeah it’s probably better to buy online, but in my experience it’s not why anyone who collects souvenirs or trinkets does it

Definitely was thinking US, and to an extent canada :3 that’s because I’ve only seen it in media made in the US, and not for any factual history of ginger beer lol. The can of the drink is very much caribbean themed, and even the name of the brand I got is caribia :3

2 days ago, I went on my PC only to notice the audio was really crackly, after trying to move the headphone cable to see if I had broken it, and also disconnecting and reconnecting the headphones, both of which did nothing, I rebooted my PC which instantly fixed the problem :3 10/10 would turn off and on my PC again

I can’t say I find the ads on the radio stations I listen to especially unbearable, though there’s definitely a lot… but I also mostly listen to the radio for the hosts and not for the music, so there’s that

If I want to listen to something I have a playlist of songs I enjoy so I just put that on

I spent half the day fighting with 2 printers… why do we even have 2 if neither one works? Ugh
