I got one: the hotel I was working for implemented one (back in mid 90s) if you were injured otj or did 200$ worth of damage you had to get tested (and be suspended for 3 days while waiting for the results)

Well, the chef poured hot oil from a pan on my arm, went to the clinic after work, then knew I was going to piss hot, went back in the next day (very high volume event weekend, everyone was needed) and basically the entire staff was demanding the chef who caused the accident get tested instead of me.

Nothing ever came from it, never got the results, everything was swept under the table…that would’ve been an easy lawsuit.

Went to a Halloween party and a guy had an old suit with sharpied phrases like ‘if I told you you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me; nice tits; b’low the desk promotion; nice ass; etc’

…it was a sexual harassment suit
