I say “Kebin” (like Kevin but with a b).
It was really confusing for my wife to understand what Kbin was when explaining Lemmy and Kbin during the first Reddit migration.

I’m having similar problems with Tears of the Kingdom. At first I really liked the changes to the game but after 5 - 10 hours I lost any enthusiasm to play it. I kind of remembered the experience playing BOTW which I really fought hard to try and like too.
It’s not just the weapon or combat system… I just struggled to care about anything after a while.
I wrote a long rambling post that I decided to summarise instead. I love that it’s basically a PC laptop with all of the flexibility that comes with it, that’s smaller, light and portable enough that I can I take everywhere.
But more importantly, it’s gaming focused - the controls are great and it’s fantastic for emulation and weird use cases, like running Interstate 76 with 3DFX support and the correct framerate.
I love that I can replace the hard drive or install whatever I want.
Not what you’re asking for, but another option is to use a DualShock 4 controller which also supports touchpad (which can be divided in left/right if you want). I’ve found a pretty decent amount of community support and often use the touchpad (or gyro) for mouse games, though it’s not quite as comfortable as the Steam Deck .
(I’m sure Dualsense 5 works just as well but I can only speak to Dualshock 4, which you can find for the cost of a HDMI cable online).
Coloured by my experience as a PS4/PS5 owner, it’s frustrating because no-one ever expected Starfield to run on Switch… But a PS5 is very similar to an Xbox and would run it without an issue.
A lot of people only have room/budget for one “main” device. Sony’s reputation for exclusive story rich games made that an easy choice.
The fact that Bethesda games were available on PlayStation and Xbox in the past makes it feels more like something being taken from us rather than something that was never available to begin with. Even though Starfield is a new IP.
I’ll power through it on my Steam Deck if it runs because I want to play it, but I’m going to remain bitter for some time.
I moved interstate and used this form and it worked for me. I returned the card and the form by mail.
