So the other comment here said they were defederated. But upon inspection, none of the three instances I’m working with are blocking eachother. I have !daylio@sh.itjust.works and !daylio@lemmy.org. I can’t find either from lemmus.org. sh.itjust.works can only find the one it moderates. lemmy.world can only find the one it moderates. Is there a waiting period or something?
Also thank you for bearing with me.
That was my research. Searching the block list for lemmy.world. 😂
I have an account on sh.itjust.works, used it to make this community. As I can see thanks to you, it’s been blocked by lemmus.org. Thank you. Is sh.itjust.works also blocked by lemmy.world? According to my research, it is. Why so much hate for sh.itjust.works?
lemmus.org or sh.itjust.works is controversial? I have accounts on lemmy.world, sh.itjust.works, and lemmus.org. I made a community on sh.itjust.works but couldn’t find it from either of my other accounts.
I just finished listening to this. It feels like he embraces the bias, but shows that’s is only as biased as the history we learn in school.
What is a fella? Sorry for the ignorance.
Thank you for your sanity.
Thank you!
It was a game changer when I discovered this.
Lol somebody downvoted you. I love a good hug
I wonder if I’ll get downvoted for agreeing.
Your lack of faith is disturbing.
I had a professor tell our class straight up, use perplexity, just put it in your own own words.
Thank you. I thought this was going to be like the dress.
AI answer in the style of a riled up eighth grader:
Alright, so here’s the deal. The rise of Hitler and the Nazis taught us some super important lessons that we absolutely cannot forget. Like, seriously, it’s crucial.
First off, always question leaders who promise simple solutions to complex problems. Hitler fed on the economic chaos and social unrest, offering easy fixes and blaming specific groups. Don’t fall for that garbage. Critical thinking, people!
Second, don’t let hate speech and discrimination slide. The Nazis started with anti-Semitic rhetoric and it escalated into the Holocaust. If someone is spreading hate, call it out and stop it in its tracks. Silence equals acceptance.
Third, protect democratic institutions. Hitler got power partly because the Weimar Republic was weak. Strong checks and balances, a free press, and active civic engagement are vital. Don’t let anyone mess with that stuff.
Fourth, education matters. The Nazis indoctrinated youth with their ideology. We need to teach history accurately, promote critical thinking, and encourage empathy. An educated, aware population is harder to manipulate.
Lastly, stand up against injustice, no matter how small. If people had stood up to the Nazis early on, things might have been different. Don’t wait for someone else to act. Be brave, take a stand.
So, yeah, these lessons are super important. We can’t let history repeat itself. Stay woke!
My go to alcohol impersonater is a non alcoholic beer. Gonna have to try your method though. Cheers 🥂
