Considering the phone is out of reach, it’s probably to listen to a podcast or music. Shower radios have existed for decades after all.

Morphe is the way to go these days, the maintainer of Revanced pissed off its main contributors and they went over and made Morphe. Revanced’s significant recent updates have been to catch up with Morphe.
It also supports sourcing patches from other contributors directly so there are patches for apps like Chess.com and TikTok on Morphe that aren’t available on Revanced.

71·2 days agoYou easily could be, he’s very available on Twitter if you were actually so inclined. But instead you’re more inclined to misread the pointing out the shortsightedness of your trolling of an individual as a different statement entirely. Just as you’re more inclined to treat Musk with softer gloves if it means you can attack some random person for something that that doesn’t even apply anymore.

politics @lemmy.world•Elon Musk says he ‘got carried away’ with DOGE and Trump after gutting the government
211·2 days agoInteresting how you’re more upset this one person was in the military than you are about anything Elon Musk has done, to the point that you’re now mollifying Musk’s actions in order to troll this one person.
There are simpler ways to say that the PS3 was your first experience with gaming.

Do they know anything at all about the NYPD?

6·3 days agoIt’s not very pro AI, it’s just not rabidly anti AI. There have been too many pitfalls with AI causing major issues in the piracy world to be very pro AI as pirates.
Either way, nothing on this list seems to be for AI acceptance reasons.

Television@piefed.social•Prime Video Is Officially Moving Away From Its Old Ad-Free FormulaEnglish
26·4 days agoThe introduction of ads on Prime Video were what got me to cancel Prime entirely. I don’t buy enough from Amazon to pay more than the Prime cost in shipping in a regular year, and I don’t use any of the other services bundled with Prime. If they had just let me pick shipping and ad-free streaming at the expense of Prime Music and the other benefits, I might still be a Prime subscriber.
But now I just sail the seas for the handful of good shows they actually have because I am not paying for the privilege of being served ads.

You’re assuming his apologia is not disingenuous. The notes he added in the commit messages and the extent to which he blocked users who were indirectly implicated in his accusations don’t line up with his explanations.
There’s also the fact that much of it is caught under a very broad net of “promoting violence” without any examples provided of what constitutes such a thing. He used that exact explanation to justify banning blahaj.zone, where he said that some users did so and the admins did not act on it, which prompted him to blacklist the entire instance and the admins specifically.
This isn’t even getting into the intentional inaccuracies about the nature of his “Toxic Mode”, or his entire rant on db0 which is not only dishonest and weirdly personal, but also straight up lying about what happened and why. There’s zero way to say that exposing his blacklist is “going Karen” like he did, and it’s a straight lie to say that nobody had a problem with his blacklisting until db0 complained when the situation is that db0 made the existence of the blocklist known.
The philosophy of federation is that such whims should be openly handled on the federation level, not in a secret blacklist of a front end that was openly available to all.
