I’m back after a pretty long break. Got a nasty head injury and I’ve been out of it for the past few weeks. But I’m better now, and trying to get back into the swing of things.
It was more than likely made to comment on the killing and subsequent funeral attack on Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh in 2022 by the Israeli occupation.
Look at who posted this, then you’ll see why this is funny.
I think they were talking about the militant naxalite movement in rural India, they’re real maoists engaging in people’s war in the indian countryside. Although it’s been shrinking for nearly 2 decades.
They offer free food and beverages to the IDF, for one.
Not the only counteroffensive he’s losing.
A film series on Castro would be like inverse James Bond, where the bad guys are the intelligence agencies and Castro is the suave womanizing hero who always wins.
Free rent in liberal heads too
Cuba, Vietnam, China, the Soviet Union, and plenty more, but I have a feeling you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Why do the rest of us measure our current year based on the birth of a religious figure who may or may not have existed, who has little to no connection to our culture or society? It’s one of the curious things about how we keep time in the rest of the world.
I see this being said a lot but this is not true. There are a lot of communists in India, true, but this is just a consequence of the massive population. In relation to all the other political parties and groups, they account for barely 1% of the political power in the country.
What major purge of communists are you speaking of?
Pretty sure thats a Nazbol/Strasserite symbol on the bottom left, so in that case its not wrong
Does Chinese folk religion count as paganism? It’s the belief in several gods, or a pantheon, that constitutes a pagan religion. Its confusing what counts and doesn’t, but It’s likely because “paganism” is a European term which only really fits for their dichotomy of “one god versus many gods”.
I am fairly certain when they say Paganism they were talking specifically about European paganism, such as in old Norse and German culture.
funny enough it’s mainly the French influence that did this to English, it was pronounced a lot more like the way its spelled before that.
Before I started losing my hearing I was already used to asking people to repeat themselves, since I was living abroad and not fluent in the language after all. Although back then nobody seemed to mind, since its normal for foreigners. Ironically its my own countrymen who had less patience for it.
