I tend to agree with you, the only thing I would like to add is that Windows and others os’es have plenty of spaces for them on the internet already, and having a space primarily for nerdy Linux like os’es is a good thing, but I don’t think we need to be exclusionary, just protective of the ideas and vibes of the community.

i mostly agreed untill i saw those z folding screens that can unfold to tablet full tablet size with a perfectly usable experience as a phone, its expensive as heck, but if i bought a flagship phone and a tablet, it would probobaly cost as much.

often people who are repressed will find ways to express feelings they dont understand even in unhealthy ways. its not an abnormal reaction to lash out at people who you dont realize are a lot like yourself, because you are dealing with the learned bigotry and hatred that society, and by extension you, are placing on yourself. now that you see what a powerful effect hatred can have on somebody, how it can warp and skew their perspective, i think its time to let yourself accept some love, and the healing power it has, dont be too hard on yourself, just work on improving yourself.

its not easier than disposable cartridges at first, but i think that getting a saftey razor was the best choice i made, i just got a cheap one from a drug store for 15 bucks, its just silver, not really gendered at all, and i get disposable blades online, blades are cheap, and not full of plastic. i get really sharp ones, i think that they help me to get a really nice, shave. the disposable ones tend not to be very sharp so they wont cut the hair as well, i never got a good shave with one felt like. i switched and once i got the hang of it after about a week, i started to get really close shaves that would give me really smooth skin and not much hair noticeable to the touch for 12 hours, and not noticeable to the eye for 24 hours. its not for everybody, i do still cut my lip occasionally, but i would not go back personally.

did you not read the very first part where I said that I already got hrt from planned parenthood? I already went to all the appointments and talked to the doctors. infact i just went to them to get a blood test done and plan to continue the appointments as long as I can. I spent months fighting bureaucracy so I could get healthcare and do it the doctor route, instead of diy in the first place and I don’t regret it, but I also don’t want to regret not doing this if I loose access to her through planned parenthood.

this is dumb, you still have to parse info either method of interacting with the site, its just slightly diffrent, some people can just filter out info they care less about a little better. if anything has to do with the so called divide between generations (i always call bullshit on this, people are far to complex to be put in these boxes) it may have to do with how people first started interacting with the internet. people who have been interacting with the internet for longer may be more accustomed to the fourm style of website, where as people who started using the internet on their phone may be more accustomed to the app style layout. it mostly boils down to learned ways of interacting in online spaces, not how old you are in my opinion.
