I bought a $20 prepaid visa from them a month or so ago. Had to send them a message on Session to get the card as nothing was sent to my email. When I got the card, no name was attached so I couldn’t use it anywhere since every vendor asks for name.on card.

I ended up taking the $15 card (there was a $5 processing fee by AllArk) and running it through my company’s stripe processing server to get the money back, since I can control stripe whether or not to allow no name associated to the card.

For $20, I got a $15 card that was unusable and ended up getting $13.68 from stripe for it.

Probably won’t be dealing with them again, but I may try the swap service just to check it out.
