I think I’ve very rarely not found what I was looking for (for non-academic stuff). As your other reply recommends, I’ve heard good things about Anna’s archive too!
I’m more confused why they even care about integrating with the fediverse. Seems weird.
I nearly always find them on zlibrary, to be honest.
If this is going to federate with the fediverse then why wouldnt I just sign up for a Mastodon instance and use an app/instance that doesn’t shove ads in my face?
I’m really happy most of these games are available on Steam. Rez in VR is amazing (and Tetris Effect, made by the same team I think).
God, me too. I don’t understand why ‘arena fighters’ in that style just seemed to fall off the face of the earth.
I won semi-pro doubles at a table football tournament in Lithuania once. Pretty crazy how serious people take table football (foosball) as a sport, really. Was mad fun though.
Giiiiive it toooo meeee 🎶🎶🎶
Eaaaaasily the Dreamcast, even though I think I was the only person I knew that had one. I think I had:
Stellar lineup. I also loved my PlayStation.
antediluvian
Fantastic adjective
Yep, that’d be fantastic.
That’s fine, but I wish that instances that have blocked your instance wouldn’t appear on your timeline at all. Being able to see defederated content, but not knowing that you’re talking to a brick wall if you interact with it, is very strange.
Nothing a hard fork can’t fix :D
EDIT: in the git sense, not literally stabbing people with a hard fork
I primarily play games on Linux (on desktop, not steam deck). I’ve been doing so for about 6 years or so. Steam + Proton and other gaming-focused wine builds have made gaming on Linux far better than I could have ever imagined. The only thing that keeps me on Windows is primarily work related stuff. I work in game development (specifically VR), where Windows is pretty much a necessity :').
I use Obsidian for a mind map but Notion for project/life management.
