This is generally a bad idea unless you have a very specific threat model, as it makes your house stand out from the ones nearby, and may even then attract more unwanted attention.

Not necessarily a sign; just a common quirk to have with the condition.
Not all toe-walking is related to autism: it can also be musculoskeletal or related to other psychological conditions; and at the same time, not all autistic people walk like this.
I have a habit of sneaking up on people like this, too; and yeah, not all toe-walking is related to autism, just as not all autistic people do this.
Just “autistic toe walking”. I myself have no sources, sadly, but it’s widely reported and documented.
There can be a few reasons. Sensory, coordination, neurological… Usually it simply feels more natural.
A common quirk of autism is putting pressure on the fronts of your feet (though rarely as high as this) while walking.

Hooray for the Greens and hooray for Hackney!

I miss that brief period of time when dipshits like this would be told “Okay, buddy” and escorted out of the building.
Ah, yes. The OS with an innit system, UKUI (United Kingdom User Interface) or MATE (you wot m8‽), and british (bloody ridiculous interactive terminal input shell).
Goddamn, that’s a dense meme!
I do not believe that is as relevant as you think it is.
There is a certain overlap between autistic people and furries/therians, but that is very much not the reason for this behaviour.
