Ich glaube das ist nicht ganz richtig: Der Baupreisindex basiert nach BewG § 259 (PDF) auf den Herstellungskosten des Gebäudes. Der Erwerb des Grundstücks dürfe allerdings zu den Anschaffungskosten gehören.
