Since you went into my comment history, I would really love for you to actually provide a valid counter to something you think I am incorrect on… because I can assure you, that “trust me bro” will be backed up by factual evidence if you enter a discussion with me. You have first hand experience that should mean something.

You would think, right? At the very least, generate a discussion instead of people just downvoting me and calling me a scab, or telling me that my first hand experience isn’t a proper source because some online video told them otherwise… yeah, I think I’ve had enough of it. Initially I thought Lemmy was better than reddit, or that it was like reddit when it first started, when genuine discussion was to be had, but it really isn’t… it’s the same shit as reddit today, just with less people on it.

You couldn’t have been further off. I am a liberal progressive, by far. I worked since I was 14 remodeling houses until my early 20s. I worked my ass off. Then I did low voltage wiring for like 8 years mostly working for an actual company that treats their employees like shit, you may have heard of them. Spectrum. They require you to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, News Day, all the holidays, weekends. I worked 6 12hr days, my only day off was Sunday.

So next? Care to miss so wide again?
