I’m Asian and don’t think anything special about fried rice lol. It’s just basic, like dressing up your ramen. Make-it-how-you-like-it with whatever you have in the fridge type of food.

There’s just one key you must know: use old rice, avoid using fresh. It’s easier to fry that way. Similar to using old bread for croutons or french toast

Add an egg if you want that nice yellow color.

It was a full baking dish, about a 9x13” size! Lol And yeah it was strong for a tiramisu but I was pleased with it. Would make that recipe again. But probably just use my aeropress and make it concentrated next time😆

I remember making this for the first time. I didn’t have an espresso machine, so I went to Peet’s (local coffee chain) and asked if I could order 32 espresso shots to make tiramisu. They laughed and said it wasn’t a problem. The coffee flavor was so nice and strong that I haven’t really had a better (in my opinion) tiramisu eating out. Not great before sleep, bc eating a slice got you wired lol. Good times!
