Yeah, it’s fun and quite convenient.

Nothing specifically, just nice improvements cumulating over the years.
Installing Linux on most hardware became really easy maybe 5 years ago.
Gnome works quite well on a larger touch-screen. Edit: ah, Ubuntu should have that by default.
Well I guess !climate@slrpnk.net !energy@slrpnk.net and !technology@slrpnk.net are already quite well known.
!balconygardening@slrpnk.net and !inperson@slrpnk.net are kinda cool as well. In general have a look at our community list, we have some good ones that are at least reasonably active.
For those not aware, this is a commonly used prompt injection for circumventing AI chatbot restrictions, but yeah it does have some appeal as a slogan 😅
There is a special .iso archive for all past releases.
Because it is closely related to the eugenics movement.
I locked the community, so no new posts can be made, only comments.
When you are actively charging the batteries off a solar panel for example, it will be even higher, up to 17V 14.5V or so I think. The automotive PicoPSUs only cost a little more and will smooth it out up to 24V I think… there are even some models that go up to 48V.
Edit: why the down-votes? Is this incorrect?
Some people want to be able to reach their server via SSH when they are not at home, but yes I agree in general that is not necessary when running a real home server.
Get a PicoPSU for automotive use (there are two varieties, one that needs stable 12v and another that can run directly off a battery with varying voltage).
The historical Nazi Germany was actually quite supportive of zionist efforts and interestingly the reverse was also true for some time before the holocaust got into full swing.
Here it seems to be just an honest mistake, but there are some people online that are really pushy to make it sound like transhumanism and solarpunk are somehow intrinsicly related, while in reality there is at most a minor overlap at the fringes.
Fine, you are of course technically correct 🙄
It is quite reductive to say anti-zionism is just denying the right of Israel to exist. Yes, the state of Israel is a deeply zionist project but you can accept the reality of this state existing and still be opposed to the idea of zionism in general.
I am opposed to the idea of colonialism in general but still accept the existence of states with a colonial history.
I specifically responded to your last sentence. If you are OK with for example Israel in the UN recognised borders of 1947, then you don’t deny the right of the state of Israel to exist, which is all that is being asked for.
Incidence does not mean “beating up” someone. Spray painting “stop the genocide in Gaza” is sometimes counted as an “antisemitic incidence” in Germany.
The question doesn’t ask if you support the current state of Israel though.
They could easily switch to the current vice president and get some new relatively known person on board as her running mate.
This is exactly what would happen if Biden suddenly had a major health issue.
