They had me install the Lockdown browser for at-home proctored exams. It’s a browser that won’t let you switch tasks or even open another program or tab. Idk if it would take screenshots without opening it though but then again all kinds of programs are running in Windows all the time.

Would they do that tho? I mean I don’t know if I’ve heard of someone getting penalized because the school was secretly taking screenshots.

I was on a degoogled OS and vpn watching tiktoks as privately as possible when I began getting videos(like 3 in a row) about the awkward posture that I happened to be laying in. Phone camera was off and phone settings were as private as possible.

I looked around and my bro was there watching tiktoks on his Google Android phone. His phone camera was facing right at me.

My conclusion: I was being watched through his normie phone.

Yeah the washing machine app is for the public laundromat. I tried it on GrapheneOS with everything enabled but it was lacking something that is only on stock Google Android. I haven’t tried it on a MicroG phone yet.

I have friends who care about privacy but they need phones that can do Uber and washing machine apps. So I’m the only one i know with a private FOSS phone.

If i get the chance to retire then it will be of old age.
