I just don’t think it’s scapegoating. Scapegoating would be blaming refugees who make up a miniscule amount of the housing demand, or blaming moroccan/turkish people who have been here for >3 generations already. Which is what populist parties are saying.
The points mentioned in this article are about migrant workers, who are encouraged to come work here by the government and corporations, and parties are saying limiting that, will help the housing crisis a bit.
