    That’s right! Speed limits dampen productivity. We can’t give into lefty loons who want to stifle our economic growth out of fear. I propose we remove speed limits on all New Zealand roads!

      I realise you’re being facetious, but increased economic productivity is one of the reasons behind the UK wanting to raise their speed limits.

      The other is the fact that almost half of motorists break them on a regular basis.
