I know I’m getting downvoted, but I challenge anyone in here to try and tell me that Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande look “healthy”, right now.
I’m not saying it’s because of going vegan…but it certainly doesn’t give veganism a positive image, to be associated with that level of emaciation.
ED sufferers will use a wide variety of excuses to justify restricting, both internally and externally. If someone genuinely associates this with veganism itself, they were already looking for reasons to be anti vegan, or susceptible to anti vegan talking points. If they weren’t, and thought critically for a second, they’d look it up for 2 minutes and find out that vegans can be obese, bodybuilders, normal weight, athletic, or anorexic, just like anyone else.
