Yes the two use the same stainless steel tanks for storage, but she walks by a two vessel brewhosue with a mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool configuration. You can literally see the door they shovel the spent grain out of on the thing. As well as a hot liquor tank and grain hopper. Why would a dairy have a mash kettle? What are they brewing the milk???

Are the steam lines insulated?
I didn’t see any steam lines, they may have had a direct fire kettle.
But there was def a motor on top of the mash mixer to turn the agitators. Seriously she walked right fucking past it.
Fuckers. My wife is now so in tune with my sighs that she knows… “nobody else cares about the insulation!” Before i say anything
