    I mean. That is also how it works in most countries? If you have a proper majority you can do basically anything.

    The problem in the US is how the representation is assigned, is it not?

      Part of it is that many many people did not vote, after that it’s really a winner take all system. If you can get a 1 person majority in both houses and the president the minority party with 49% representatives gets zero say in anything.
