Cheesy pofferjes are working well. Now the challenge is not just eating them all myself.
I started off trying to spoon the mix into the tray, but it was a bit labour intensive so I’ve put the mix in a bag so I can pipe them which is a lot easier and quicker.
These are the ones that made the cut for afternoon tea. There are also lots more for me to snack on, but I'm going to put them in the freezer to stop me eating them all at once.
