Yeah and it’s hard to get other PoC into tabletop communities because of it. You have the issue of “There’s too many white people, but in order to get more non-white people, you have to get more non-white people.”
Some games are better than others (Vampire: the Masquerade and Yu-Gi-Oh come to mind), but a lot have settler-brain. Rich Clark wrote an article about the problem in tabletop wargames with colonialist, Eurocentric mechanics a few years ago.
