I was watching majority report, and in response to a caller asking if platner would be the next fetterman or what to do if he does end up being an actual nazi and Sam played it off like fetterman is a one off not a constant in the dnc. My theory is Fetterman is normal middle of the road Democrat but he has zero style and is a very sloppy, messy person. Other Democrats are slick enough that we don’t see this side of them but Fetterman has literal brain damage so everything hangs out. Otherwise he is a median Democrat

There is no “defense” of Platner, there’s a recognition that should that oaf win his vote will be valuable.
