A creepy saved post on Instagram linked man to AI porn account, FBI says.

Easy to find him … when his porn account is linked to his Paypal account and he’s using both without a VPN, lol.
Not going to be so easy for the FBI if they try to catch soemone who’s not quite such an absolute idiot.
First guy was identified with linked data from PayPal, iCloud, Instagram, Gmail and Snapchat.
Second guy using surveillance photos and records from the DMV and matching against the profile picture which was of himself.
The second guy I can see, but they had to collate data from a lot of sources to do this. I wonder if they obtained warrants for everything, or just asked nicely?
Funnily, it’s very easy to identify people when they hand you their ID.
So basically morons
They’re using AI image generators.
