    From my experience it seems like programming communities in general are pretty chill and accepting. It might be related to the large portion of programmers that are neurodiverse and LGBTQ+.

    Tbh it’s a bit of a shit show because many communities are like “we don’t care about XXXX, everyone is welcome”, but then when the transphobes show up it’s like “🤷‍♀️ “.

      maybe using a programming community on a server which has rules about that? Since they have to follow server rules you wouldn’t need a separated community
