I have bad news for you. China has been doing it since before the great firewall. Still it’s sad to see two of the biggest states do this. But this is the tendency of all states.

It’s actually kind of funny that they use Minority Report as the goto scifi example when both the movie and original written story had a cop out for the precrime thing being mutant humans capable of seeing the future.
An AI actually predicting the future would be too impossible for the story lol.
