      Right? There’s this strange trend of writing news articles with unnecessarily flowery prose. Serves to mask the bs being peddled, I guess

        I think it’s AI. Chatbots seem to use a lot of flowery prose unless you specify they don’t. So I’m guessing these articles are “assisted” by AI and the dipshits “writing” them lack the skills as an author to actually know how to write for their audience because they rely on AI to do it for them.

      I don’t know why they do that. Maybe they think it’s a way to keep the readers interested but it honestly makes me wanna stop reading. I’m here for the news not some flowery bullshit. It’s such a waste of time.
