    The whole point in the constitution is to give the public the rights to fight against tyranny.
    
    You might want to revisit the history of the document, relative to what was occurring at the time

6 Be civil in comments and no accusations of being a bot, ‘paid by Putin,’ Tankie, etc. This includes instance shaming.
